You must know how to swim in order to participate in water based training with SUPx, otherwise there is no experience necessary in order to participate in SUPx fitness class. Whether you are just learning how to stand on the board or a veteran SUPer, we cater to all fitness levels.What do I need to bring?
The only thing required for you to bring to the class is yourself! Make sure you wear beach appropriate attire (as you might be going swimming). We recommend bringing SPF sunscreen, drinking water, and a towel.What is provided?

According to the US Coast Guard regulations, any vessel that travels outside of swim boundaries is required to have one PFD and one whistle per person.
